BOC Importer Registration is the official process of registering an individual or business entity with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) in the Philippines to be legally allowed to import goods into the country. Registered importers receive a Client Profile Registration System (CPRS) number, which is required for lodging import entries and processing shipments through Philippine ports.

This registration is mandatory for all entities engaged in commercial importation, whether occasional or regular. Without it, businesses cannot legally clear goods through customs.

Foreign-owned corporations registered with the SEC and operating in the Philippines

Companies with valid BIR, DTI/SEC, and Mayor’s Permit
Individuals or entities importing commercial goods (not for personal use)
