Heidi is the Co-founder and Managing Director of C&G Consulting. Before establishing the company, Heidi was a Senior Compliance Consultant and Human Resource Officer for a Cebu-based subsidiary of one of Japan's top business consulting companies where she handled operations in Corporate Compliance, Human Resource, and Marketing.

She was also a Research Officer for an ISO-based consulting firm where she wrote about Project Management, Human Resource, Leadership, and Development. At the same time, she conceptualized and organized the first ISO Summit in the Philippines that was attended by 100 Local Government Unit leaders nationwide.

Heidi is an accredited Realtor and is a Certified International Human Resource Manager and Management Professional accredited no less by the American Certification Institute in Delaware, USA.

Heidi graduated with a Political Science Degree from the University of San Carlos School of Law and Governance and to add to her list of growing accomplishments, she is currently finishing her Juris Doctor degree at the University of San Jose - Recoletos School of Law.
